You may be entitled to the assistance of a free lawyer through one of your insurance policies. This may be through additional coverage from your family insurance, among others, or through separate legal expenses insurance. You can appoint a lawyer of your choice to represent your interests. Our specialized team can check for you whether you are entitled to this.
Legal expenses insurance covers many expenses such as lawyer's fees and costs, court costs, the costs of the medical advisor, as well as the costs of a medical assessment.
Paying lawyer
In the interest of smooth service, we recommend that you bring a 1st (medical) report before your first appointment with one of our specialists. This can be from a council doctor, general practitioner or other specialist. This way we can already make a better assessment when preparing your file.
